Welcome again to another glorious Saturday Scavenger Shots post brought to us this week by Tara over The Eclectic Spaghetti. She chose the word, HAPPINESS for us and I think I could sum it up in one picture.
HAPPINESS is Pancakes. That is all.
Alright, I'll expound. These were made with real buttermilk, giving them that lovely little tang that is complimented by the sweetness of the syrup. I like a bit of oil in the pan, as opposed to the nearly dry griddle method, so that I get the slightly crispy edges. Hungry yet?
