Alien's Origins, Part 4 is posted below...

Many you may already be able to tell, I am a mathematics fan.  I love numbers, numerical data, formulae and anything else that can be computed.  It would be nice if there was a place where all of this stuff could be easily accessed, possibly a site on a large network type thing.  Oh, wait, there's thing called the Internet, but it's too broad-based.  All the data is there, but finding it has been nearly impossible...until now.

I want to share with you a fairly new web site designed to take all of the world's knowledge and make it computable.  It's called Wolfram|Alpha and was created by Stephen Wolfram.  The first thing to note, this is not a search engine, but a "Computational Knowledge Engine."  Enter in what you want and it will tell you stuff about it, not where to find the answer, but the answer and then some.  Want to know the population, average household income and home values in your zip code?  Type in "zip code xxxxx" where the x's are the zip code and you will get plenty of information.

My best advice is simply to play with this site.  It could be a very useful tool for a school report or to win a bet.  This site is right up my alley, it's numbers and data.  Fun stuff to me, thank you.  If you enjoy this type of stuff, too, check it out.
